Carclew Explore Arts Program - SA School Holidays, various dates

Updated: Nov 22, 2018

If your little monster is into art then Carclew's Explore Arts Program could be perfect for you (and them) with new workshops happening during the SA School Holidays.

Bonus - you get a half day, or full day, with your child being entertained while creating. You could pretend to work that you couldn't get a sitter and spend the day shopping (that is not advice!)

One of our little Kids Play SA reviewers tried the program last school holidays and LOVED IT!

Mr. H exploring the Carclew Arts Program

In the words of Mr. H:

"I had the BEST DAY, an ABSOLUTE BLAST. I met loads of new people and LOVED the teacher. She showed me some great techniques, even for just drawing and sketching. There were plenty of little breaks outside, so we weren't stuck inside the whole time and it wasn't all just drawing and printing. I can't wait to go back."

Sounds like a winner to us!

Last school holidays, Mr. H attended the PAWS IN PRINT : LINO CARVING AND PRINT MAKING. He learned lino cutting techniques on foam print sheets, creating a tile to transfer onto a variety of materials.

Here's some pics of his day:

The Carclew Explore Arts Program offers a wide range of hands-on activities these October school holidays, for kids aged between 5-17 years.
