RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not refund for any change of mind purchases.
We can only offer an exchange or credit for any change of mind orders, providing it is within 14 days of the parcel deemed delivered.
If your item has a fault and is by no fault of your own, please email us within 14 days of receiving your item at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us and obtain a return address.
If for any reason, you are not happy with an item please email within 14 days and we will be happy to discus with you the issue and assist you with returning the item and offering a full refund or exchange of item.
However we do not offer full refunds for change of mind but are happy for you to return item at the buyers expense and will email you with a store credit code to re-purchase or use for future purchases.Refunds or store credits will not be issued until we have received the item.
All of our items are inspected thoroughly prior to leaving us, but if the unfortunate event occurs, we will happily exchange or, at our discretion, we may offer refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection, we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. We may offer you a refund only if we cannot replace a faulty item.
Refunds, store credit or exchange cannot be offered on Sale or Seconds items - unless the item is faulty through no fault of your own. All items are checked and photographed prior to sending.
Sale OR Seconds Items
No Sale or Seconds item can be returned for a store credit or exchange, unless the item is faulty through no fault of your own. Our 14 day return policy is applicable to sale items.
This also includes items where a discount code has been used.
All shipping is done through Australia Post, as standard, and we only ship to locations within Australia.
Registered post and Express Post are available to purchase in store.
